This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:

1.1 SITE VISITATION TRACKING
Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics (GA) to track how users interact with it. We use this data to determine the number of people visiting, to better understand how they find us and use the website. To achieve this GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, BUT none of this information allows us to personally identify you. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you, however, Google does not grant us access to this. Google is considered by us to be a third party data processor (see Section 3.0).

GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s Developer Guides. FYI our website uses the gtag.js implementation of GA. Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

1.2 CONTACT FORMS & EMAIL LINKS
Should you choose to submit a message to us using the contact form on our Contact page or an email link like this one, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any 3rd party data processors. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us across the internet to our email address.

2.0 HOW WE USE & STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

2.1 WHERE & FOR HOW LONG
As detailed in 1.2 above, no personal information you submit via this website is directly stored on the website’s database. Instead, your personal information is stored locally on our server and PCs and backed-up regularly to the cloud. Your data will be stored securely for a period of up to 5 years from our most recent communication, after this time your contact information will be removed.

We use the personal information you provide to us to effectively undertake our services. Specific items of data may be shared with 3rd parties in order to facilitate these services but only those 3rd parties listed in 3.0.

2.2 MARKETING
The data you provide to us may be used to contact you for marketing purposes – upcoming available spaces, offers etc.

2.3 DATA REMOVAL
Should you wish for a copy of your data, or for your data to be removed from our systems, you can request this in writing by emailing space@fwoffices.com
